These terms apply to the Human at the Origin website, operated by Human at the Origin LLC. Please use the site in accordance with these terms. Separately linked publications, services, and clinical practices have their own terms.

Education and exploration

This site presents writing, research, conversations, and descriptions of creative and mathematical experiments. Some work is conceptual or in development. A publication, model, or proposed framework does not by itself establish clinical effectiveness, safety, or suitability for an individual.

No medical advice or clinical care

Content is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or other clinical care. Reading this site, following its links, or sending a general inquiry does not establish a clinician–patient relationship with Human at the Origin LLC, Grant H. Brenner, or either linked practice.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health or care needs. Do not disregard professional advice, delay seeking care, or start, stop, or change treatment because of something on this site. If you are concerned about your mental or physical health, seek appropriate care.

Toys and experimental material

The Toys page describes projects and works in progress. Availability may change. Models and illustrations may simplify complex ideas; they are not personal assessments or recommendations about you or another person. Any separately released experiment may have additional instructions and terms.

Use this site lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, or share material you are not entitled to disclose.

Authorship and permissions

Original text, artwork, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property law unless stated otherwise. Rights in linked or contributed material remain with the respective owners. You may link to this site and use material as permitted by law or an expressly stated license. An item-specific license, including a Creative Commons license, controls the material to which it applies. Do not remove attribution or present another person’s work as your own. Contact us about uses requiring permission.

External resources and clinical links

Links provide access to separate resources. We do not control their content, availability, security, or terms. Including a guest, paper, or link does not imply agreement with every claim made there. Clinical appointments and treatment are arranged separately with the relevant practice under its own requirements.
